曲線根據(jù)ISO 3968計算,適用于清潔過濾元件。
ΔP隨著存在渦流的密度而變化,并且隨著層流通量存在下的動態(tài)粘度而變化。
曲線適用于密度為0.86 kg /dm3,運動粘度為30mm2/ sec(cSt)(139 SUS)的礦物油。
在選擇過濾介質時,請考慮由流速產生的壓力損失:
安裝在返回管路上的過濾器在0.3-0.5 bar(4,35-7,25 psi)之間。
安裝在壓力管路上的過濾器在1-1.5 bar(14,5-22 psi)之間。
(組件的總壓降應通過外殼的總和Δp和元素Δp來計算)
